At Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains, no child is ever turned away for financial reasons. Our scholarship program ensures every family can access safe, high-quality programs, regardless of their financial situation.

Scholarship Form

  • Who Qualifies?

    • Automatic 100% Scholarship: Families receiving SNAP, Medicaid, or Free/Reduced Lunch automatically qualify for full free membership with a current benefits statement.
    • Tiered Scholarships: Families not receiving benefits may qualify for reduced rates based on household income.
    • Crisis Support: Families facing emergencies or sudden hardships may receive temporary 100% coverage with no documentation required.

  • How to Apply

    Our application is simple and can be completed online in minutes.

    Just submit the scholarship form along with ONE of the following:

    • A current benefits statement (SNAP, Medicaid, or Free/Reduced Lunch)
    • Income documentation for a tiered award
    • OR a brief note describing your current situation

    Documents can be uploaded online, emailed to our team, or dropped off at any Club location.

  • Confidentiality

    All scholarship applications and documents are kept strictly confidential.

    Only our administrative finance team has access, program staff do not see any financial information.

  • Multiple Children

    Families never pay for more than three children. Any additional children in the household receive free membership automatically.
