Boys & Girls Club of Yankton is more than after-school care. It’s a safe, supportive place where kids and teens can learn, grow, and have fun all year long. We serve youth in 1st through 12th grade and also offer a licensed site for youth ages 5 through 5th grade, providing high-quality care, enrichment activities, and guidance from caring staff.

The Academy welcomes youth ages 5 through 5th grade to become members at our licensed Club at Stewart Elementary.

Fall 2026 Programs Every child is active, engaged, and well taken care of all school year. Meals and activity transportation are included for all programs.

BGC Academy (Morning & Afternoon Option)

Jr. Kindergarten–5th Grade Afterschool – 6:00 PM

Off-site at Stewart Elementary — structured, activity-filled care for working families all school year.

Developmentally focused programming with meals, Club activity transportation, and special activities all included.

Pricing
    Monthly: $200 — due the 20th of the prior month

    Traditional Club + Teen Club

    1st–12th Grade Afterschool – 7:00 PM

    From homework assistance and STEM activities to arts, recreation, and mentorship, the Yankton Club provides a safe and engaging place for your child every day after school.

    Traditional Club — 1st–5th Grade
    • Level 1: $50  |  Level 2: $100  |  Level 3: $150
    Income-based tiers — all members receive the same experience. Payment due in full at registration.
    Teen Club — 6th–12th Grade
    • $100 annual membership fee
    • Registration required for all teen fall attendance
Financial aid is available — no family will be turned away.

New to Boys & Girls Club?

A Family Orientation is required for all new & existing families before your child attends. Contact the Club to get scheduled.

Enrollment deadline: August 24th, 2026

All families — including returning members — must register by August 24th. Families who have not enrolled by that date will be charged $2 per day at the time of service. All payments must be current to attend.
