Program Director (Full-time) 
The Program Director is responsible for implementing the 5 key elements of positive youth development: fun, safety, recognition, opportunities & expectations and supportive relationships in their daily interactions with youth, their staffs’ daily interactions with youth as well as their staff’s hourly program plans and impact programs. The Program Director is expected to uphold the Club values inside and outside of the Club as well as hold all Yankton Unit staff accountable for upholding the Club values. The Club values include teamwork, impact driven, excellence & good character. The Program Director is responsible for program development, implementation, evaluation and overall programming team. Traditional Unit Coordinator (Full-time)
The Traditional Unit Coordinator is responsible for implementing the 5 key elements of positive youth development: fun, safety, recognition, opportunities & expectations and supportive relationships in their daily interactions with youth, their staffs’ daily interactions with youth as well as their hourly program plans and impact programs. The Traditional Unit Coordinator is expected to uphold the Club values inside and outside of the Club as well as hold their staff accountable for upholding the Club values. Youth Development Specialists (YDS) (Part-time)
The Youth Development Specialists are responsible for implementing the 5 key elements of positive youth development: fun, safety, recognition, opportunities & expectations and supportive relationships in their daily interactions with youth. The Youth Development Specialist is expected to uphold the Club values inside and outside of the Club. The Club values include teamwork, impact driven, excellence & good character. Hourly wage is $9/hour. Multiple positions available; some open immediately and more to start in May. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; high school seniors graduating in May encouraged to apply. Up to 30 hours/week during the school year and up to 40 hours/week during the summer.
