I love being the teacher of the Morning Classroom for many reasons, but one reason is that it gives me the opportunity to provide youth with a positive, caring, and enjoyable experience. I will guide them through fun, hands-on activities as we let our curiosity and imagination direct the learning.

We will develop social and emotional skills and a positive sense of ourselves. Since we do not all learn at the same pace, I will provide activities to meet each child’s level of development. By the end of the school year, youth will walk out of the Morning Classroom as caring friends, confident in themselves to take on the next steps of their development.
