Interested in enrolling your child as a Boys & Girls Club member? Becoming a member is simple. Just complete a membership application by clicking the link above or it can be picked up at our Club locations. Turn in the membership and program fees at the Boys & Girls Club. 

Applications must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian AND child/youth. 

Parents and guardians: If you are signing up more than one child, please fill out separate forms for each child. There should be one application per child.
